Dean has been involved in the fitness industry since 2012. After finishing his personal training courses, Dean studied Strength and Conditioning.
Dean is heavily involved in strength sports in New Zealand. He is the GPC NZ (powerlifting) Vice President and the event promoter for the International event, Static Monsters. Dean is a competitive powerlifter and strongman. He also has a keen interest in select fighting sports where he has represented New Zealand internationally.

Dan has been active in the industry since 2008. His first Strongman event was North Shore’s Strongest Man (2009). This event qualified him to compete in New Zealand’s Strongest Man.
Since Dan’s first competition in 2009 he has worked his way up to be a Top 5 competitor. In 2013 Dan took a break from competing to travel abroad.
Dan has trained amongst some of NZ’s best, in multiple disciplines. He applies his wide knowledge base, garnered from experience and university, to his own training which is evident in his results.
