The belt squat belt comes in two sizes, med and large. The medium size is for lifters up to around 90-1ookgs, the large fits lifters above 100kgs. I am 80kgs and I have a medium, I do fit the Large so there is some flexibility in the sizes. If you are buying this for your gym I would recommend a Large as it can fit people from 70kgs up to the heavy weights.
