The Hip Circle is made by US strength training company Sling Shot, Mark Bell. The Hip Circle is used in strength training and rehab. You can use it to warm up and activate key muscle groups for training (glute, hip and leg). It is also a great tool for form training for squats and deadlifts. You can also use the Hip Circle for accessory exercises such as clam shells and lateral walks - these are often used as rehab exercises for lower body and back injuries and strengthening.
